The living/dining room is equipped with satellite TV (flat screen) and has an exit leading to a balcony. The entrance hall features air conditioning. One of the bedrooms has a french bed and an exit to the balcony, while another bedroom has a single bed. The open kitchen is well-appointed with amenities like 2 hot plates, an oven, 2 gas rings, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine. The property has a shower/WC and a separate WC on the ground floor. On the top floor, there is an open room with sloping ceilings that contains a single bed.
