"There was a bird inside the water park and bird poop inside the kids jungle area. Also the waterpark staff is just rude. "

"The pool and hot tub were dirty. We were woken up at around 5 AM to loud noises somehow coming from like all sides of us.. when we went to breakfast, we heard other guests also discusssing how they had been woken up.. Was generally an okay place to stay for a night, but expect it to be a lot dirtier than the photos."

"Check-in was smooth, and the staff were very friendly. However, we were disappointed when we arrived at our room; it was clearly not cleaned, with unmade beds and signs of prior occupancy. Thankfully, we were able to switch rooms, and the second one was great. The pool and hot tub were enjoyable, though a heads-up for parents of small children: the pool has a slight current, so keep an eye on younger swimmers. Breakfast was excellent, starting promptly at 7:00 AM with a good variety of options."

I especially loved the bedding—the linens were soft and the mattress provided the perfect amount of support for a great night's sleep. The staff were also very warm and welcoming.
