Although the facility is older and needs a few upgrades, this was a very nice place. Husbsnd was impressed that it was once officers quarters when the base was operating. Coffee was excellent, room spacious, breakfast good and staff very helpful. Will definitely be staying here again.

The staff was very friendly and went above and beyond from checking in, to getting us the rooms we wanted. Yaz was very helpful, knowledgeable and cheerful. The rooms were nice and breakfast yummy. A little updating would be good. We would stay again when traveling for an Illini game.

We stayed overnight after a football game. Not far to travel from campus. A reasonable rate! Staff was friendly and room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was a notch up from other hotels we've stayed at nearby. We will be back! Thanks!

Decided to book at the Illini Inn, while moving my daughter into her dorms, rather than staying right in Urbana & I'm so glad I did. It was so quiet & peaceful, & the staff was wonderful. The rooms were great. Lots of space & very comfortable beds. Breakfast was also excellent. Definitely planning on staying at the Illini Inn whenever I visit again.

The hotel is nicer than it looks from outside the building. Room is spacious and clean, staff is very helpful, friendly. Hot breakfast is better than many higher star ones. They also offer free bottle water at check-out. Definitely will come back next visiting Champaign-Urbana area.

Room was old but pretty clean. I think mosquitoes were coming in from the window air conditioning unit, I kept finding dead ones on my bed. The room also had some drain bugs or fruit flies. The work out room was awful. Decent variety of breakfast items.

I had a wonderful stay here! Everything was very clean even though I arrived without a prior reservation. I much appreciated the amenities in the room - a bottle of water, bathroom necessities, large TV.

Honestly the outside don’t really tell the whole story the room are nicer and spacious. Mines just wasn’t clean and the hallways have smell. Good for just passing thru. Beds were comfortable tho.

Probably the nicest staff I've ever had at a hotel, nice clean rooms, larger rooms than normal. The employees told us that the building is a retired Air Force barracks building. Good hot breakfast too.
