« Great view! »

« The house was beautiful and the back porch view was amazing! It had very nice updated features such as the sauna showers, and hot tub. And it had lots of room for 15 people to spread out and do different activities. The pool and the creek area were further away than we thought ( about 20 minutes away ) but the grandkids loved going every day. I would definitely recommend it if you want a laid back, relaxing trip with gorgeous mountain view’s. We had a wonderful time !!! »

« We were looking for a quiet, serene place to get away from our busy lifestyle and that is exactly what we got! Gorgeous view and peace and quiet. When we arrived the property had not been cleaned yet due to a communication problem with the app and the cleaning crew being notified the previous guests were out. However, they immediately sent someone out to clean it for us and made things right. We would definitely revisit Deer Valley in the future. »

« I've stayed at many places and this place had one of the prettiest views. The view was 5 Stars and some of the home amenities were awesome too, like the massage chair and game room. However; apon arrival we discovered the AC unit above kitchen was leaking all over the place. We contacted the owner and he prompted us to turn it off and we used main AC Unit for a while but then leaks started coming from ceiling in other areas of kitchen and in dining area also. I was told HVAC guy would come out...

« Le service aux clients. Souriants, aimables, avenants. »

« La piscine n’était pas fonctionnel. Le petit déjeuner était très limité en choix de produit (pas de gaufre…). Le personnel quasi inexistant. Propreté laissait à désirer… »

« The staff was very nice and pleasant. The room was clean, but…the room was very run down. The shower nozzle was barely hanging on the wall with the plaster gone all around it with constant dripping. There were old stains on the comforter, The TV could not bring in regular stations, had to keep moving in the room to get any reception. The A/C was loud and shut off before cooling. I asked for a room without pets in it due to allergies and was told all rooms have had pets, they only had one. I did...

« Fantastic pet friendly stay for me and my dog over a wedding weekend. The staff was kind and the room was clean. »

« Breakfast was a disappointment. Very little healthy options. »

« Great view and staff was helpful and property was very clean. We’ll managed »

« Daily clean up of the room was minimal. Bed was lousily made. Bathroom was left half cleaned up »

« The lobby and room was clean and comfy. The hallway carpet could use some love. It was dirty, worn and stretched to the point of being a trip hazard. »

« Convenient location for Cartersville business. Easy access from the Interstate. Many good restaurants in town. »

« We had a room next to the stairwell. The arm on the fire rated stairwell door that controls its closing was not working directly in with slam shut with a loud bang each time it was opened. The first night of our stay was horrible. There were several different guest that continued to rotate in and out of the room directly next to us and use the stairwell dozens and dozens of times all night long, I was up for most of the night concerned that something illegal was happening. I brought this to the...
