Notre chambre, d'une superficie de 28m2, était très joliment agencée et décorée. La literie était de très bonne qualité. Le petit déjeuner était tout simplement remarquable tant par la variété que par la qualité des mets proposés. Nous y avons également dîner un soir. La cuisine était inventive, créative et vraiment très bonne (niveau très bon restaurant gastronomique). A refaire sans hésiter. S'il y avait un petit bémol à citer, comme d'autres l'ont évoqué dans leurs appréciations, ce serait la musique omniprésente au bar et qui résonne le matin au petit déjeuner comme au dîner du soir ; la baisser d'un ou deux niveaux aurait été appréciable surtout pour un établissement qui revendique et qui vous offre effectivement le calme et la sérénité.
