This jewel has everything that can make your stay pleasant, close to all means of transport (Tram, taxi, bus). 100M from the famous Arribat Center where you can find everything you need (Megarama, Mcdonald's, Carrefour as well as all the franchises for your shopping).  
New apartment located in the heart of the Agdal district, air-conditioned, very well equipped to enjoy your vacation or to stay there to work, sunny and very well ventilated.
