Comme une maison conçue pour recevoir de grands groupes, la piscine est l'un des plus grands, les plus longues piscines résidentielles dans la ville, garanti!     Vues depuis les chambres avant sont à couper le souffle et étonnant, les singes, les paresseux et les oiseaux sont tout autour de vous. Les couchers de soleil sont un phénomène et le bruit des vagues de l'océan est tout ce que vous entendez sur les sons d'animaux, d'oiseaux et vie dans la jungle. Situé au centre de Manuel Antonio, la maison est à distance de marche au moins 5 restaurants et à moins de 1. 5 miles de 10 autres restaurants et cafés.


    La cuisine spacieuse et salon intérieur donnent sur le grondement de l'océan directement à Elephant Rock. Le patio extérieur énorme est à la fois sous le toit et sous le ciel ouvert, donc les adorateurs du soleil et les adorateurs d'ombre les deux partagent un monde parfait. Comme visiteur, vous sentez que vous faites partie de la jungle, ainsi qu'une partie de l'panaroma de l'océan avec vue sur le parc Antonio Manuel, pas plus qu'une promenade de 10 minutes de la plage. Cette maison de 3 étages a le confort douillet d'une structure modérée de taille, mais la capacité d'expansion d'une structure complète de six chambres. We had an amazing stay in Manuel Antonio. The house was comfortable with plenty of room. The pool area was the best part of the home BY FAR. Looking down at the Pacific Ocean from the luxury of a private pool was astounding. The concierge, house cleaner and house keeper were all very helpful and attentive. Everything was taken care of quickly and easily. I would recommend this place to anyone

I cannot say enough good things about our stay. The house was roomy and beautiful. The beds were very comfortable. Maria was magnificent as a concierge and helped us every step of the way. She and her team shopped and cooked for us on our arrival day and it was excellent. The house is surrounded by wildlife and we enjoyed the beach several days of our visit. We would definitely return. Pure vida!

Everything was absolutely perfect! Villa Bella Vista is the perfect house in the perfect location with everything you need for a great vacation. I don't think I have ever experienced a more picturesque and spacious pool area with amazing views of the ocean and sunsets.What brought it all together for all 10 of us was Maria! She was extremely helpful in the pre-trip planning and was with us through the entire week. She arranged 3 great and unforgettable excursions, transportation, restaurant recommendations and reservations, chef dinners and breakfasts and was always available to restock when needed. It was Maria who made this trip extras special for all.

Amazing property!

This is an absolutely stunning property that comfortably fit 5 adults and 5 teens! The pool area and covered veranda do not disappoint! Maria was AMAZING and made us some of the best food we had in Costa Rica!

Can’t say enough good things about this property and the team taking care of it. Great location, great surroundings, clean, gorgeous pool, just A all around. Also saw monkeys and other wildlife daily from the back porch. Only thing is it’s at the end of a very steep hill so if you are limited in walking take that into consideration but we walked it daily to eat at the restaurant at the top of the hill and felt like we walked off all the bad things we put in our body all week.

Great for Family Getaway

This is the perfect property for multiple families. We celebrated my mom’s 70th with 7 adults/ 5 kids and the property was very comfortable and spacious. Pool setup is ideal with incredible views and lots of wildlife. Maria and Kiara provided incredible chef services - our favorite meals of the trip!

Stunning house with top tier concierge

This property was absolutely beautiful. The house was spacious and beautiful, with lots of natural light. The property manager/concierge was amazing and helped us plan all of the details of the trip. I highly recommend her personal chef services as well!

There is something to be said about a beautiful home that comes with a knowledgable concierge. The home was beautiful and had everything we needed. Maria (property manager and concierge) really made the vacation easy. She answered every question, setup excursions and even performed chef services. We can't wait to go back!

An Amazing Stay

The villa was as beautiful as it looks like in the photos. But evene better, Maria and Fernando were excellent to work with. Very responsive. Maria helped us book activities for the week and cooked the most delicious dinner for us as well. I can't recommend them more highly.

I wish I could give more than 5 stars

This was hands down the best rental that we have ever stayed at. The concierge Maria went above and beyond helping to ensure we had the best trip. The house is set up perfectly for a large group - everyone had a huge bedroom with plenty of space and their own personal bathroom - you can't get any better than that. The outdoor space and pool was incredible. I would come back to this property in a heartbeat.

One of the best vacations ever

What an amazing week! The house and property exceeded our expectations. Every day we saw monkeys, sloths and beautiful birds right from our backyard all while relaxing in the pool with an incredible view. Maria made everything so easy from booking our excursions, to cooking meals and even helping us get a taxi. I wouldn't hesitate to book this house again. Pura Vida!

Our stay at this beautiful Costa Rica home was absolutely incredible and truly exceeded every expectation. We traveled with two families and four kids (ages 7–10), and it could not have been a more perfect setup for both relaxation and fun.The home itself is stunning—immaculately clean, thoughtfully designed, and surrounded by breathtaking nature. One of the highlights for all of us was seeing monkeys every single day right from the house—it felt like something out of a dream.What truly made the experience exceptional, though, was the team. Maria, the concierge, was phenomenal. She handled everything seamlessly—from planning our activities to grocery shopping—and was always quick to help us adjust plans as needed. She made the entire trip feel effortless.Chef Ronnie and Maria prepared our breakfasts and dinners, and every meal was delicious. Beyond the incredible food, they were so warm and kind, making each meal feel special and relaxed.Fernando also went above and beyond—he was incredibly helpful throughout our stay and even surprised the kids by bringing a soccer ball when ours was deflated, which meant so much to them.This home and team created such a memorable, easy, and joyful vacation for our families. Our family vacation could not have been better due, in large part, to Maria, Fernando and their staff. The food was incredible and the drinks were refreshing and perfectly made. We had to keep pinching ourselves that we were really there. Maria also arranged our drivers to and from the airport and the excursions. That really made it easy for us. You will love this villa and the view of the Pacific! ❤️

Amazing!!!!

Our group stayed at Villa Bella Vista in Feb and we honestly can't stop talking about it. Everything about it was absolutely amazing. The house is breathtaking (and private), the view from the pool is even more amazing in person and the house is within reasonable walking distance from the beach and restaurants. Maria and her team elevate the experience even further with 5 star service, making herself available to answer questions and even help organize transportation for our group of 10. We opted for a night with their private chef, which was easily one of the best meals we had all week and so much fun. I highly recommend Villa Bella Vista!

Heaven on Earth

OMG I wanted to never leave! I have travel extensively all over the world and this stay was my all time favorite. The pool is amazing as is the house. Fernando was very prompt and responsive an absolute honey. Now let’s talk about Maria. AMAZING WOMAN!!!!!!!! I can not describe the level of service she provided. All excursions scheduled, meals were 5 star! What ever she is paid it needs to be doubled! Can’t wait to go back.

Family stay

Overall we enjoyed our stay. The listing pictures however did not accurately depict what was or was not in the house. For example there were no televisions in the house and the dining room furniture was not as depicted and needed to be updated. For example, the chairs did not match the height of the table and were uncomfortable. The pool was fabulous but the furniture around the pool was not very comfortable. Fernando and Maria were very responsive whenever we needed anything.

Family Celebration

My family had an amazing week celebrating our Nana’s 80th Birthday at Bella Vista. We had 9 people and space to come together, yet if you needed privacy the house has space for that also. The pictures do not do the views and house justice, absolutely magical. We spent many afternoons enjoying the spectacular views from the pool. Maria and her team were amazing! We had Maria and Kiara prepare 5 meals for us and we all agreed they were the best meals we had in Manuel Antonio. The monkeys came everyday to give us entertainment and make us laugh as they swung from the trees. If we had questions or needs, Maria quickly solved them! We hope to come back soon!

You will believe you are in Eden

We were three generation family of 12 and we felt everything about this home and its agents were absolutely perfect. House is beautiful and very functional, comfort table and the setting is perfection. Extremely well thought out architectural plan - great views from virtually everywhere. The pool was heavenly. Close to everything restaurants, stores, national park etc. Maria Zúñiga was a very competent and caring concierge. We arranged to have her cater two dinners for our large group. She is a great chef, enjoyable to spend time with and extremely helpful and confident. Be sure to go on a whitewater raft trip and the waterfall tour. We travel as a family all over the world and are not easily given to superlatives BUT this was one our best trips ever. Sincerely - do not hesitate to book this home.

Best vacation we’ve ever had

This country, this house, this vacation-it was everything we had hoped for. I cannot stress enough how lovely it was from the early phases of nailing out a home to support our group of 12 to the very last steps onto the airplane. This listing does not do the home or the staff justice. Fernando, Maria, John and the entire crew are so entirely pleasant and eager to assist in every way. Maria helped plan each of our 5 excursions, booked all transportation to and from these excursions and airports, filled the home with groceries of our choice, helped order delivery food service, provided her expert chef and bar services, and assisted us in every step of the way. The home was magnificent. The views and the rooms are better than the pictures depict. It is spacious, inviting and homey. Our group of 12 unanimously agreed that this was the best trip we’ve had and we are a well-travelled crew! Just book it!

Amazing home

Let me start by saying that, as a rule, I don't take the time to write reviews. But....this house, the people of Quepos, and Maria and Fernando are an absolute joy. We arrived an hour and a half late our first day due to traffic, and Maria was there with appetizers and fresh drinks waiting. You are missing out if you don't have her make you at least one dinner and a traditional Costa Rican breakfast! Also, do not miss a meal at La Terraza at the top of the hill. Raphael is the owner and he made it magical for adults and kiddos in equal measure. The pictures of this home and yard do not do it justice. We saw every kind of animal. Sloths, toucans(large and small), macaws, howler monkeys, Capuchins every day, squirrel monkeys, iguanas, and more hummingbirds and butterflies than I could begin to count. If you want a slice of the magic that is Costa Rica, this is the place to do it!
