No coffee machine in the room, tissues felt like sandpaper, other small things.There wasn’t anything special about the cork factory hotel, you would get the same experience at any hotel. The Lancaster arts hotel was a much better stay."

"The bed was clean, that was all we needed. The shower was dirty and there was someone else’s hair behind the toilet seat. Things were frayed and stained. At check in, the man was nice but stated my room number out loud. Breakfast wasn’t bad. "

Yeah, the furniture in the lobby was worn, but the room was in good shape, was clean, the staff was fabulous, and the breakfast was excellent (e.g., eggs, sausage, etc. + powdered sugar and sprinkles for the waffles). Plus they had an indoor pool and hot tub, which was a win for the kids. Best value for the money we’ve seen in a long time!!!"
