Located in the Llyn Peninsula Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, this two-bedroom holiday cottage offers a peaceful Welsh retreat. Perched in the seaside village of Aberdaron, this property boasts glorious sea views and a decked area for al-fresco feasts. Perfectly positioned to explore both the peninsula and Eryri-Snowdonia National Park, it provides a superb base for couples and small families seeking both adventure and relaxation.
Inside, the cottage reveals its charm through a bright, open-plan living area where sunlight streams through patio doors, which offer views across to Seagull Islands. This flows to a modern fitted kitchen, complete with a farmhouse-style dining table seating four. Sleeping arrangements comprise a cosy double room and a versatile bunk room for two, alongside a modern shower room. The front decking boasts an outdoor dining table and BBQ so you can savour grilled meals while drinking in the view.
With a golden beach and a selection of shops, cafes and restaurants, Aberdaron has all the basics for a superb seaside stay. This sheltered beach is a water-sports hotspot, with surfing, wakeboarding and sailing all catered for, while boat trips run to Bardsey Island, which has a rich history and heritage and wonderful wildlife-watching opportunities. Walkers can explore the Llyn Peninsula on foot from Aberdaron, with the Wales Coast Path tracing the island’s rugged coast. For a more challenging hike, the Eryri/Snowdonia National Park starts around 20 miles from here.
