« The house was great the property beautiful the views incredible.Everything in the flat look like it was brand new.The unit was so clean and well equipped that it made my stay perfect for the weekendThe water tasted great. The air conditioner worked awesome even though it was 90 outside.I forgot my cell phone charger and host generously allowed me to use one of theirs for the weekend which saved my bacon and a few bucks from buying another one since I have 20 at home.Would not hesitate to stay...

« We have never been to Cookeville Tennessee before. Our Daughter and Son in-law with there 2 boys Louis (2 years old) and Drew ( 5 month old) moved to Sparta Tennessee back in January. We came up here to spend a couple days with them. We thoroughly enjoyed the apartment in Cookeville . We are both in our mid fifties and we really enjoyed Cookeville area . Vaguely said they would "put in a work order." I said to get them out that day or rent me a hotel room. They did neither. I left and went to a hotel on my dime. I will file a complaint with VRBO »
