"It was our first time in Cancun, we were meeting with the grandparents there for Christmas. Conveniently located, very close to the bus stop and a beach access. If you’re traveling on a budget, Casa Clarita is a great place to stay. Apartment was older, but we loved the interior design. Our host Narda was excellent, always very prompt with communication. Few little things could use attention but overall we enjoyed our stay and had a good time. "

"Great staff! Had a great time! It was a very nice resort. They really kept everything clean. They give you daily maid service and nightly turn down. Food was great! . No reservations were required other than Spice International. (Hibachi). Beaches were nice and were cleaned up daily. We had a swim out room. They provided drink services at our swim up which was convenient. Entertainment was decent. Love the coffee and pastries shop! You have to try the chocolate donuts! Loved getting hot or iced vanilla lattes everyday. Pools were really nice. Plenty of chairs were available. Lots of activities daily offered. Download the app when you check in and you can reference anything you need during your stay. I give it an 8 out of a 10\. Bathroom area needs to be closed off better in your room. I’m an early bird. Anyone trying to sleep In will get an eye full of light from the bathroom since it’s open to the bedroom area. "

"Would never return, the food was straight up bad and we were left so confused that that had been a highlight from so many reviews. Super well traveled and honestly just so disappointing. Paid SO much and upgraded to the “inspira” the “butlers” did literally not one thing.. the couldn’t even restock our mini fridge and my mom was left trying to get into the room waiting for help for an hour. This is the first negative review I’ve ever posted… we were just confused it felt like a scam. Everyone was super friendly and the hotel lobby is beautiful. But I would 1000% save money and go elsewhere "

" All is well until the hotel decided to host Passover for about 1500 people that were coming in and started shutting down our accommodations. We ended up with three restaurants left on our last two days because they were accommodating the group coming in. They also forgot about their regular guest and were more attentive for the ones coming in, which was very disappointing."
