Oceanside Villa "Juarez" is a ground floor villa at the ocean front resort "Villas San Miguel" with spectacular ocean views.

The villa has a full kitchen with all amenities plus a separate bedroom with a large private balcony overlooking the spectacular crystalline waters of the Mexican Caribbean.

Oceanside villa "Juarez" has a very spacious interior (800 sq. ft.) with the bedroom opening onto the large ocean view balcony.

Villas San Miguel are traditional Mexican courtyard villas located directly on the ocean side walkway in Centro Isla Mujeres at Villas San Miguel....... (one of twelve separate villas and casitas surrounding a courtyard pool area along the seaside malecon)

Amazing stay at Villas San Miguel

Spent 10 days at Villas San Miguel. Perfect location next to the town square, very clean and well maintained property, helpful staff, great communication with host. Will stay again 100%. Have already booked for next year.

Villa Jaurez

Very pretty and comfortable . Great social area if you are looking for the happenings because one block away is everything ! The ferry is walking distance and you would think the condo would be noisy considering the location but it is very quiet and soothing. My only negative was that in the Vrbo ,it saidt the property included 24-7 concierge . I never not once did I see anyone at the desk for help. Which burned us for a couple of reasons , we rented a golf cart from the rental nextdoor, which was absolutely horrible !!! We had to come back 3 times because every cart they gave us was severly dangerous !! we finally just turned it in and of course there was no return of $$$ . Also if it is your first time on the island , there are many beautiful areas that you may miss without info. Whether it be with a concierge or even paper info left in the room , such as cart rental info to go and visit every bit of the island or even restaurant suggestions.Or shuttle info. Also all prices have prices have increased that you can't imagine ! , cabs , shuttles ,, restaurants and even the wait staff ! If your food is not what you ordered be sure and let them know FAST !! We had a lobster that was to well done but they said we had already eatten it so to bad. We took 2 bites , one per person.Also be aware of the taxis they will completely over charge !! Don't get me wrong I absolutely LOVE Mexico and the island , it has just taken a change . Will I be back ? ABSOLUTELY !!!

We absolutely loved our stay! We were at villa Juarez and it was beautifully decorated. Our balcony faced the crashing waves (truly therapeutic, we spent a lot of time there!) and very easy access to the boardwalk. 2 beautiful pools. Friendly and helpful staff. 5 minutes to the most gorgeous north shore beaches. Grocery store and local restaurants. It was my 5th time on Isla Mujeres and my favourite stay—will definitely be back!

Amazing Stay in Centro!

The Villas de San Miguel are great for couples, friends and families! Big or small, there's room to accommodate you and your guests in one or as many villas as you need. The location is next to none with Caribbean Sea views. Very close to shops, a Super Aki (grocery store), Hidalgo St., the Malecon (seafront sidewalk), and countless other amenities. The property also has chairs and umbrellas you can reserve for the beach. BTW, Playa Norte is only about an 8 minute walk from the villas! 10/10, would recommend Villas de San Miguel every time! P.S. The property also provides each villa with plenty of drinking water! I found this super helpful and convenient as I've stayed at other places on the island that don't do this.

Beautiful Oceanside Villa

This villa was super clean and styled in a traditional decor. The staff was friendly. The pictures were accurate. The patio had a banner on the rail which blocked the view while sitting but other than that everything was all good. Really enjoyed having a large water dispenser in the apartment. Both pools were clean and comfortable for those humid afternoons. The location was walkable and close to beach, shopping and cute restaurants. I would stay here again.

Overall, the property is beautiful. My new husband and I stay in Juarez for 3 days for our honeymoon. However, our honeymoon was quickly interrupted by cockroaches. After messaging Keith, he was very responsive and they sprayed the outside of our property but could not fumigate it without our consent, because our stay was so short there was no time for a solution to be reached. We killed approximately 10+ cockroaches. I have photos but am not sure how to include them. If the roaches are under control I would recommend this place, but I do no think that me nor my husband will return. I am very upset that not more could be done sooner especially since we paid a significant amount for only 3 days. Although Keith apologized, there has been nothing else done about this incident.

Best property on the island!

This complex is perfectly located and the ocean view and breeze were amazing. The morning sunrise was definitely worth waking up early for. The golf cart rental directly next door was affordable and well worth it. The location is perfect to be able to walk everywhere but still be quiet at night. My wife and I are already talking about going back this summer!

Keith, the property manager, gave me a call to clear up an questions i had. He was a nice man.

The property was gorgeous, traditional casita, clean. I was so proud to call this my home for two days. I saw the sun rise from our bedroom balcony. Stunning! It took my breath away. Keith gives great directions on what to do near the property. It was so quiet. The carribbean sea’s crashing waves were so soothing while i rested and slept. Thank you for the complimentary coffee. The pool was refreshing after a morning walk. I would like to come back.

Always the BEST!

This is our second stay. The accommodations, the location, reviews, and privacy are second to none. We loved it so much the first time we Recommended it to our son & daughter in law for their honeymoon. They loved it too. We love being so close to town for everything & truly enjoy the short stroll to the beach. We were lucky enough to meet Keith this trip. He’s so accommodating and quick to respond with any questions or concerns. Thanks for an amazing state Keith, we will be back.

Beautiful Spot

Excellent choice for a stay if you're looking for you're own quite spot. The view is beautiful, the villa is extremely comfortable, the staff was fantastic. The villa had everything you needed there, including in the kitchen. We were able to make our own meals when we wanted to. It was within very easy walking distance to the downtown area and also very close to the ferry. Felt like a home away from home. I highly recommend it.

A little gem of Isla Mujeres - breathtaking view from balcony

Simply a gem!!! What a view - almost on the ocean - a big balcony - close to everything by walking. Very artistically decorated inside and outside of the apartments. Big Bedroom and very big living area a with appropriate fully stocked kitchen (although we didn't cook except tea/coffee). The security person was awesome - the Sunrise were unforgettable. We were at the first floor hence the patio was easily accessible - so fully enjoyed the private view just by looking at the gorgeous sea. Convenient location right on the malecon

We had a great time at this condo that was right on the malecon. Being able to see the ocean from the balcony was awesome and the location was very convenient. Close to everything but in a quiet location. The staff were very kind and accommodating.

Perfect for our family

This was our second time staying at Villa San Miguel. We returned because we enjoyed ourselves so much earlier this year. We love the location, close to everything. The friendly staff is always helpful. We plan to return again next year.
