Of course the building is a little dated. Just need a little Love. I was facing the Laguna. It was beautiful. I got to see gorgeous sunrises. The breakfast was simple, bagels, croissants, muffins, fruit, coffee, and juice and cereal.. The little area is wonderful. I enjoyed my birthday." The hot water was good—it takes a little time to heat up, but once it does, it gets very hot, which was amazing. The staff was decent overall, though the gentleman at check-in seemed a bit unsure. The room cleanliness was okay. On the first day, I put out the sign for cleaning, but no one came. On the second day, I went to the front desk and spoke directly to a staff member while also putting the sign out again. I specifically requested that the trash be taken out, and they did take care of it. By the third day, housekeeping did a good job. One downside was that they didn’t provide enough toilet paper, so we had to request more throughout our stay. We didn’t use the pool, but it looked large and clean, and there’s also a baby/toddler area. They offer breakfast, but we chose not to eat there. I did like that there’s a pizza place connected to the hotel where breakfast is served—the pizza was good and very convenient. Overall, it was a good stay." Had no issues at all . The building its self is a little worn but that comes with time and the fact that it’s right by the salt water so completely understandable. Would definitely stay at this location again. It is a lil chilly in the hotel it’s self so dress accordingly when going from the room to the pool. However parking is not included either in the resort fees it is additional 14.50 per day. All in all a great stay and a great experience. So we spent over $1,300 on the property in four days just for that reason when we could have gone elsewhere, only to find out our stay was ineligible for Hilton Honor points since it was booked through Expedia. Mattresses lumpy and place a bit run down. But it’s ok.
