Huge Beachfront Property

Giant beach front property with casita, 8 bedrooms, 7 bathrooms, 2 full kitchens, huge walled and gated parking area. Plenty of parking for several vehicles and/or large trailers. There is also a pickle ball court next to the boat house. 5 king rooms, 1 queen room and 2 bunk rooms. Beds for 22 guests. Large common area with seating for huge groups at two large tables and a large bar area. All with a great view of the ocean from underneath a beautiful illuminated and domed ceiling. Propane and charcoal barbeques.

Plent of water storage and air conditioning for large groups. Drinking water provided. Full cable and WIFI.

Great family time

We booked this property for a family reunion with my siblings and celebrated two birthdays and fathers day while there. You kind of need to plan your day around the high tide schedule, but once you know at what time you will get water up to the house planning for activities is a breeze. The house is very well equiped with all we needed from cookware to puzzles to keep us entertained. The property manager is outstanding, made us feel welcomed, and was quick on communication and a great source of information. We will definitely stay here again.

Beach Getaway

We stayed at Brett’s beach house with a group of 15 people and 3 dogs, and it was absolutely perfect for us! The house is incredibly spacious, with plenty of beds and room for everyone to spread out and relax. The huge common area with two large tables and a big bar was great for meals, games, and late night hangouts, all with an incredible ocean view. The waterfront patio was our favorite spot. Brett was a fantastic host communicative, helpful, and welcoming.Thanks again, Brett we'll definitely be back!

Friends and Family vacation

The house was great, plenty of room for our large group. It had everything we needed and the covered roof top deck was awesome at night. The beach was absolutely beautiful and the rental company was very accommodating. I recommend this place.

Great House and Great Host

Perfect house for a large group to all spend time together. The weather was not good, and therefore we spent the majority of the time in the home and had plenty of room for our group of 15 people. Brett was a great host and quick to respond with any questions we had. Highly recommend this host!!

50th Birthday Celebration

The house was nice and spacious, there were 20 of us adults, kids and 4 dogs. The beach was awesome crab, seashells and very private. Brent was great in communication and answering our calls and questions. We stayed in late July so it was very hot, humid and rooms downstairs didn’t cool as good as upstairs. Great time and lots of fun.

Wonderful property and host

The property is absolutely amazing! It was perfect for our party of 12. We didn’t feel crammed or on top of each other at all. The back patio leads right to the shore where crabs, snails, and fish can be found and seen. During the day the tide will come in and out. During low tide, the tide was out between half a mile to a full mile out. During high tide, the water was less than 20ft from the patio. This is perfect for young children since there are no real waves. The parking is across a small dirt road and is gated. The host kept in contact the entire time and was very responsive and kind. The only downfall was the road going in/out is a dirt road that will definitely put some some wear and tear on your shocks and struts. It is smoothed out every so often but you will feel the difference when it’s not. Other than that, the house stayed cool during the heat and high humidity of July. The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of bathrooms so there was no wait. The kitchen/bar area had a total of two refrigerators which was perfect for our shopping needs. Overall 10/10 and we would definitely look for this host and home again!

Family Friendly Beach House

We loved our stay at this beach house. Lots of beach to explore. Seashells and ocean life in abundance. Cute little town with great restaurants and activities. Would highly recommend.

This house was amazing for our group of 12! The house is spacious and comfortable and included everything we needed. Brett, the owner was very responsive to any questions we had and it made our stay so perfect! We loved being on the beach everyday and stargazing on the huge back patio every night. This will definitely be the house we rent every time we go to Rocky Point!

Family Vacation

Planning an extended family vacation is a huge under taking but Brett made this so easy! He was very flexible and quick to respond with any questions I had. Awesome beach house birthday

We came to celebrate multiple birthday parties and we were amazed at how wonderful the house was. We loved waking up and going down to the beach every morning. The house was huge and we had plenty of space for the teenagers and kiddos.

Very spacious

We stayed in July with our kids and extended family. We enjoyed swimming everyday, we walked to JJ’s Cantina one afternoon when the tide was out, we chased crabs and enjoyed the beach mostly to ourselves! Nice beachfront property and the owner was easily reachable with any questions! I would definitely stay here again!

PERFECT !

My 3 night stay in this home was one to remember! Brett the home owner was such an awesome host and made sure all 13 guest felt at home ! Anytime we needed assistance or a bit of guidance I would reach out to Brett via phone call and he ALWAYS answered. His home is beautiful and the back patio view of the beach was stunning. The house is huge and could easily sleep closer to 30 people if need be. El Malecón was 15 mins away via car ride! All in all we will definitely be booking again in the further !

Stay on the Bay

Our rental was huge for 8 adults and 4 children under 10. Nice sized bedrooms, and the kids loved the bunk beds. Amenities included: two full size refrigerators- one in kitchen one in bar area, bottled drinking water, satellite tv, recliners, a massage chair, two large dining tables, 4.5 baths. We arrived to find the AC repairman waiting for us- the upstairs unit requiring a new blower motor, but that was fixed within a couple hours. “La Choya”- at least where we were- was much quieter than Las Conchas. Most of the 4-wheelers were out in the desert at Sandy Beach. Step out the house-width glass doors, and you’re on a nice 800 sq ft patio- with chairs provided. Two grills were available- propane and charcoal. Down the stairs onto the beach. Because this is the bay, there is very little wave action- which also means the water is super clear. You can Wade out 100 yards at high tide, and still be only waist deep. Birds, fish, crabs abound. When the tide goes out, it leaves about a mile of mud flat to explore. So, a different kind of beach, but the location, atmosphere and accommodations were wonderful. The host was very communicative. Highly recommended!

This is definitely going to be our annual go to spot. The home is very cozy and host was always on top of everything we needed. Location was perfect. We had a big family and we we were all so comfortable. Honestly this was the best experience I had with a vacation rental.
