"Very thin walls! Did not sleep at all! Guy in the room next to me blasted his TV all night while screaming and hollering at his wife on his phone because He was apparently was cheating on her. In between that He was crying and screaming obscenities. The door and door frame on my room was loose and bent like it was kicked in. I had to slam the door hard to get it to latch. I felt a cold draft blow through the door all night. No body wash in the bathroom. I went to the front desk to ask if they had any and was told they didn’t and to use the shampoo. Their continental breakfast consists of hard boiled eggs, cereal, and waffles you make with a waffle maker. Glad there’s a IHOP next door."

"This hotel do not accept locals. I was trying to gift my sister that lives in Pueblo a 2 night stay to spend some quality time with her kids and not knowing of this rule, I booked her the room. When she got there, she was rejected. I'm very disappointed. "

"Check-In was great; Nellie is extremely friendly & professional. She informed us of breakfast time & location & even gave us coffee & a coffee pot/filters when we said we wake earlier than breakfast time. Room was very clean, only suggestion I’d make is adding full length mirrors to rooms. Even though it’s near I-25 it’s VERY quiet; we got great night’s rest. Wish there was a formal outdoor patio but it is a newer hotel so maybe in the future. Shopping, restaurants, convenience stores & Starbucks are all extremely close. There’s also laundry facilities on site"
