The Layout:
The villa is divided into two independent units with separate entrances and patios, offering a great level of privacy. The upper floor features 3 bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms, and a fully equipped kitchen. The ground floor has 2 bedrooms, 1 full bathroom, a sofa bed, and a fully equipped kitchen. Both units are air-conditioned and provide everything you need for a comfortable stay.

Felt like home

The Villa was amazing top to bottom. It had basically everything you’d need while on vacation. The check in instructions were easy to follow. Brian was the best host and we appreciate him for everything! We didn’t want to leave…until next time

Awesome stay!

The property is perfect for a bigger group. We had 11 people in all and there was plenty of space for folks to spread out. The house is well appointed, great kitchen/bbq (if you’re eating in), and very comfortable. The kids loved the pool and we were able to take the kayaks and SUP out a few times in Turtle Lake. Brian, the host/owner, was fantastic — he is extremely responsive, knows the area really well, and took us on an amazing boat trip on our last day. We’ll definitely try to stay there again in the future!

Amazing location, amazing host!

Literally the perfect place for connecting with family and experiencing Turks! We’ve been coming to Provo since I was a child (about 15 years) and this was by far one of my favourite trips. The house was amazing and going out on the kayaks with my family was so special. Can’t wait to stay again!

Multiple Families

We had a great stay at the property. Three families with 13 total. The adults could take the upper level and the kids the lower level. Having access to the kayaks and SUP's were a bonus. It is close to everything and we recommend buying beer directly from Turks brewery. We would stay here again. Brian was friendly and helpful. Only heads up is there are dogs in the area (stray?) that may pay you a visit. They were friendly but did pester my son when he tried to sleep outside in a hammock.

Awesome House with Excellent Host!

A++ Highly recommend. Very spacious, clean and comfortable house with pool and a view. Brian was awesome - telling us where to eat and visit on the island, letting us use the kayaks and even taking us out on the boat. Best place to stay in Turks!

Amazing vacation

We were very thrilled and impressed with the house. It was nice & clean. There were plenty of cooking equipments and utensils. The host, Brian was excellent! He gave us a tour of the area, showed us the grocery, and whole sale food stores. He also provided a boat excursion to our group. He was always available to assist & provide us what we needed. We had the best vacation & felt like home 🏡

Fantastic location, property even better than described

We visited Turks & Caicos for nearly a week. This property accommodated our family of 5 beautifully. We enjoyed the pool and location on the bay with kayaked and Paddleboards included. We were just minutes from the best snorkeling beaches and the airport. Our host checked in frequently with great suggestions and answers to our questions.

Amazing !!!! No need to look anywhere else

The experience i had at this villa was amazing , i was welcomed by Brian and let me tell you this mad is a vibe from the moment you see him , made my friends and i genuinely feel welcome not only to his home but this amazing island , he gave a thorough walk thru of his home and showed all the amenities, if there is one thing i can say about this host is that he is resourceful , there’s nothing that you can ask for that he doesn’t already have or he isn’t able to get , wether is a babysitter , chef , masseuse, boat , jet ski , car etc … the list goes on .. he also knows all the restaurants to fit any budget but will point you in the direction of quality either way .. the villa is located on the water so you are waking up to a view of water everyday and all the rooms are spacious and equipped with everything you need , during my stay i never had to call him to ask for anything because everything in the home worked efficiently and the home was overstocked , i literally felt as if i was in my own home . You can hire a driver to get you around but i would suggest a rental car in which Brian has plenty options to choose from that you can rent and his deals are better than the airport . The home has amazing hot water and great air conditioning . This home is 10/10 I’m already looking forward to my next stay back at this villa
