NEW FOR FALL 2024. The studio now has a brand new private plunge pool and a larger outdoor private patio for sunbathing and dining. As of November 2024, the pool is no longer shared! You now have your own private pool right in front of the studio! Honeymoon? Anniversary? Just a romantic getaway with your favorite person? Seclusion, privacy and luxury and oh the views! It's all here with a private plunge pool. outdoor deck for sunbathing and dining and floor to ceiling windows. Watch sunrise from the comfort of your own bed! There is probably not a better place for a couple to stay in Turks and Caicos without breaking the bank. This is picture perfect studio with everything you need to enjoy your visit. I have to start with the jaw-dropping views. The studio is perched on a steep hill in the exclusive Turtle Tail neighborhood with dramatic views out over the Caicos Banks. There are wall to wall windows covering 270 degrees of the studio so there is nothing obstructing the endless views. Yet because you are in a sparsely populated neighborhood full of multi-million dollar homes you have incredible privacy. The sun literally rises in one of your picture windows over the ocean. Open the curtains (if you ever closed them - there is no need) and enjoy Sunrise In Bed with coffee or breakfast. When you do get up you and head to the wrap around deck to enjoy the same great views outside. No one can see you but you can see far and wide! If it gets a little hot take a dip in your private pool where you can lounge, sip a beverage (no glasses please!) and admire the stunning view! The outdoor spaces are designed to take advantage of the views and the great Provo weather! Inside there is a well stocked kitchenette with four burner electric cook top, full sized fridge with freezer. microwave, coffee maker, toaster, blender, kettle and everything you need to prepare delicious meals. There is also a full bathroom with spacious shower. Everything you need to enjoy Provo is here: we've included beach chairs and towels of course along with a cooler to keep your drinks chilled when you head to the beach. The house is set on one of the highest points on the island. This takes advantage of 360 degree views and also the wonderful easterly breezes which help keep things cool and enjoyable. Please note : A/C use is generally not needed since we have such great breezes. A/C usage IS INCLUDED IN YOUR STAY but is metered and guests can be charged for excess usage (leaving on throughout the day when not in unit/ leaving on when doors and windows are opened etc..) (This property can be rented in conjunction with an adjacent two bedroom cottage for larger groups). Note that the parking and entry way is shared with the cottage. The buildings are close but separated by landscaping and a small wall. Located just off Ocean Drive it is a quiet, safe neighborhood of beautiful homes and open spaces. Yet it is less than 5 minutes drive to the Leeward Highway from where all of Providenciales is within easy reach. Within 2 mins drive (approx. 1 mile) Beaches - with calm shallow water perfect for playing, swimming and snorkeling (maps in villa detailing how to find them) Juba Salina (fishing!), diving and boating Flamingo Lake (flamingos in season)(best bone fishing in Provo) Bob's Bar Marina with dive and tour operators Within 8 minutes drive: Grace Bay Long Bay Turtle Cove, The Bight Park (home of the world famous weekly Fish Fry) Dozens of restaurants! It is centralized on the island which makes driving anywhere easy. The views from the property are amazing as advertised. The property was clean and provided us with all we needed for our week long stay. The host was easy to access and communicated efficiently. I would stay at this property again! ##### Adrian M. The main villa has its own driveway and pretty hidden.The cottage is close and sleeps 4\. Our studio was perfect for 2\. If you have a rowdy crowd at the cottage thats stays in a lot that might be an issue if you want quiet because its pretty close. There is a small separation with some plants.Our neighbors were out early and early to bed so that was perfect for us. View was spectacular and everything listed was accurate. My wife and I booked the studio bungalow on this property for an anniversary trip. We were notified by the owners that there was construction going on at the bungalow, (new terrace and pool) and we were offered a free upgrade to the Villa. What an upgrade indeed! I mean the bungalow would have made us happy enough, but every bit of this property is absolutely amazing. The views are downright stunning, overlooking the Atlantic. I woke up every morning to watch the sun rise, and each was very different. The pool, the outdoor space, the kitchen with the restaurant grade range, the fish/frog pond in the entry way. I just can’t say enough about our stay here. Even with the construction noise we were still in heaven, and when the workers left for the day, it was the most serene environment. This area of the island is quiet and away from all the resorts. Granted we were here in the off season, I can only imagine it remains away from the crowds during season. The owners and property management were also very responsive and helpful during our stay. We would absolutely book another stay at any of the three spaces on the property, and are already planning It for the future. We would give it six stars if we could. ##### Ryan S. It was private with a beautiful view and very cozy for two people. The location was perfect. Secluded beach down around the corner and easy to get to any location on the Island. We loved the grill where my husband grilled fresh fish as I relaxed in the pool or hammock. We loved our stay with beautiful sunrises and full moon over the carribean. Was a wonderful trip and will recommend this Vrbo to anyone going to the Island. ##### Brenda H. Everything mentioned in the listing about the view was accurate. I do feel like guests should be aware of a few things. The breeze that you feel through the screens is minimal to non-existent during the day and the printed guest information warns about charges to be incurred from using the AC unit. It was impossible to be comfortable during the day without the AC on. When we did open the glass doors, the screens didn't fully close without extra attention and any cracks let in mosquitoes and lizards. This property is not luxurious in my opinion. The appliances and furniture are older and not at all modern or upgraded. There were spots on our comforter and the toilet was extremely worn. We were fine with these things and enjoyed our stay, but I do think the details mentioned in the listing are a little misleading. ##### Haley C. Séjour de 2 nuits en mai 2024
