We enjoyed the pool and the water toys. The kitchen could use more cooking supplies like mixing bowls and serving bowls. The grill was out of gas and we didn’t have a grill set to cook with so keep that in mind if you plan on a BBQ. Master suite upstairs is bright in the morning, maybe they will add blinds under the curtains in the near future. This is a great location with walking distance to a fabulous restaurant La Brista( I think). Very clean house and beautiful outdoor sitting area to eat near the water. The house is new and pristine as is the view of Chalk Sound. We enjoyed the view, the pool, and the many amenities the house has to offer: kayaks, beach chairs, well-stocked kitchen, coolers, and others. It is a very short walk to the Las Brisas restaurant, which we visited twice. You can also walk to Sapodilla Beach, but we drove the 2 minutes to carry the chairs and cooler.
