"This hotel is poorly designed, poorly built, and poorly maintained. While it appears nice and mostly clean, there is so much else wrong. We requested an accessible room, only to find that such rooms are 2/3 down a very long hallway from the elevator! Accessible rooms should be immediately next to the elevators. Both my wife and high have trouble walking long distances, so this was very difficult for us. And the hotel only had one cart, which was in use when we arrived, so we had to make multiple trips from our car to unload. Poor design! The sound proofing of the room was terrible. We could hear all the traffic noise from the freeway, so getting a good night's sleep was very difficult. Poorly built! Worst of all, the accessible shower had terrible water pressure, and after the first shower, it just stopped working! My wife had to take a bath, which was very difficult for her to get down and back up again, but since the shower stopped working after she had lathered up, there was no choice! Horribly maintained!"
