"Enjoyed my stay at this gorgeous hotel! The service was top tier , Francesca was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and kind. The food was delicious (apart from the breakfast buffet) and we enjoyed all the amenities. This hotel is not in a walkable area and there’s literally nothing to see in the vicinity. The hotel does contract with a taxi company and they offer discounted rates to and from the central city area. If you’re wanting to stay put, this place is perfect , if you’re wanting to explore, have food options and walkable areas, I’d recommend staying elsewhere. "

"Hotel was good. Local area not so good. Stayed 1 night to get flight out of Naples airport . Only ventured 1 block from hotel to get something to eat. Plenty of taxis because it’s right at the cruise line terminal. Probably where people stay the night before their cruise takes off. 30 minutes to airport for 30 euros. "

"Our first time to Naples. Great looking cation across the street from Napoli Centrale. The staff were great and very helpful. We stored our luggage there before checking in and after checking out. Nice deep bathtub that provided much needed therapy. Both of our all day excursions left from the hotel. Lots of food choices nearby and a Supermarket across the street too. We paid extra for a room facing Mt. Vesuvius and enjoyed our view over coffee every morning. "
