You’ll love the location, the comfort, the convenience of this comfortable 1150 Sq ft Downtown Modern home with 1 Free parking around the corner and additional parking ( extra $23/day) on 30 Spring street about 5-7 minutes by walk from the house.
It has Two Bedrooms w/Loft, One Full Renovated Bathroom, Brand New Kitchen w/High End LG Studio appliances, Comfortable Living room, Family room w/ 55 inches Samsung TV. The whole house has a New AC/Heater system and New European furniture. It's located right in downtown of Princeton two blocks away from University, High School and Westminster Conservatory and 1 mile to Princeton Shopping Center ( Second Downtown of Princeton) where is NY Sport Club, McCaffrey's Supermarket, Bon Appetite European store, Cross Culture Ethnic Indian Cuisine, Schanghai Park Chinese Restaurant, Famous Nomad Pizza, Chopt Creative Salad, Dunkin Donuts, FreeB Bus, and more…

We are dogs friendly properties and unfortunately cats are not aloud because of some guests with severe allergies.

Property was great, didn’t ask about community pool-but wondered how and where to access We don’t have checkout instructions but cleaned and emptied garbage and recycling and stripped beds hoping this was correct Thanks for a great time-we enjoyed downtown, the yard, and nearby kayaking

Overall Great Experience, Great Location

Kitchen, backyard, patio, refrigerator, large-screen TV, comfortable beds - AWESOME. Being able to sit on the back porch sipping coffee in the morning overlooking the backyard garden was spectacular. Didn't know bedrooms and bathroom were upstairs, but could have used the exercise anyway. Location can't be beat. I recommend this property to anyone staying in Princeton.

Great house and convenient location

The house was clean and spacious enough for my family. Natalia was a very responsive and thoughtful host. Not having a close parking spot was a minor inconvenience but it did not take away from our enjoyment of the house. We will definitely be back.

Second trip to this property - and cannot wait to return!

We have now stayed at Natalia's beautiful property twice - and are planning to return for a third trip. The space is perfect for 2-3 couples; in fact, Natalia even added a third queen bed in a loft over the past year. When we walked in, it looked as if no one had stayed in the year between our two stays - it was perfectly maintained, not a pillow out of place. Natalia met our group with welcome treats (a cheese boards and some cookies!) and was endlessly available and accommodating throughout our stay. The property is a 3-minute walk from Palmer Square and from The Street on Princeton's campus, only about 30 seconds from Small World (the branch on Nassau Street) and from Hoagie Haven. The outdoor garden is incredibly peaceful, and the whole property feels removed from the hubbub of Reunions and graduation. We could not imagine a more inviting, relaxing, convenient, and well kept place to stay in Princeton. It is truly the ideal rental property!

Fantastic place

We rented the home for 3.5 weeks for our family of four (2 adults, 2 children) while I was visiting Princeton University . Everything about the home was perfect: fantastic kitchen, great beds and mattresses, everything clearly very recently renovated and in great shape. The small yard in the back was ideal for our girls. The reserved parking space was also very much appreciated. And Natalia us is super responsive and helpful: we only had one very small request for her while we were there, and she immediately took care of it. The real winner though is the location of the place: it is in the town center, so I was able to walk to work, and my wife was able to walk everywhere during the day with the girls. There are multiple playgrounds in walking distance, and the public library and a coffee shop etc. In case we come back for another visit, we would certainly rent this place again.

Immaculate, close to town, everything you need

Brand new, spotlessly clean and very nicely decorated. Everything you might need in the kitchen. 2 comfortable and spatious bedrooms, nice kitchen + sitting area then an additional lounge with huge LCD tv. Lovely garden with barbecue. short walk to town centre and all the restaurants. would definately rent again. We did not have a car- if you bring one be careful of Princeton overnight parking restrictions.
