"They had just don't work for this property and when we got there, just a few more things needed to be in place. ANYTHING we asked they were there to answer! ANYTHING missing, they were there to provide. SUPER NICE hosts, quiet and clean location and the apartment was beautiful. She has long term tenants and they were so friendly. Less than a 15 minute walk to downtown and UOI. I do hope to stay with Bekah and Matt again! Just 10* all the way!!"

"The pool was down for maintenance and nobody explained that at check-in, the bathroom had stains in the shower and patches in the ceiling. The worst part was that after I left, I got charged to park my vehicle in their parking lot in Pullman, Washington. Where else would you park? It’s not the fee, it’s the fact that they add it and don’t say anything about it, nothing like getting nicked and dimed… I thought only cheap hotels do that. Very unprofessional."
