« The house is nice. Very close to the road which wasn’t represented in the picture when booking. Hot tub stopped working on Sat, one of two amenities, outside on the property. Need new towels. We contacted Colleen about a glitch and she responded quickly, took care of the issue, and exceeded our expectations.
