"The hotel has obviously been remodeled which is nice, but there's still room for improvement. Our bed was comfortable and our room was clean which was nice. The check in process was poor. I waited 20 minutes to check in while a party of 2 was checking in ahead of me. The computer wasn't working, the credit card machine wasn't working (so I had to give her my card to manually enter all my personal credit card info, which I did not appreciate), the printer wasn't working, and they had trouble bringing up reservations that were done on line. The company needs to invest in a new computer, printer, and credit card machine to manage these problems before we would book there again. "

"Hands down would stay again. Room was spacious and clean. Property and staff were friendly. Check in/check out was very easy. Only complaint is some of the outlets in the kitchen and the lamps in the murphy bed's didn't work and the shower head made a loud screech when showering. Other than that the stay was quiet and relaxing. "
