"Very good value for the money. The best option in Prescott for pets. This was the third time I’ve stayed here and it exceeded my expectations as usual. The front desk staff is very helpful. I had lost my key in the middle of the night and I called the number on the door. The lady responded immediately despite the time and helped me get another key. She did not seem bothered at all despite the time. It’s a great place."

"Staff was helpful and friendly. We had out room serviced 2x during our 5 night stay. the first time, housekeeping did a good job. The beds were made nicely and supplies were replenished. I could tell the bathroom had been cleaned properly. The second time, which was yesterday (Saturday), the bathroom was not scrubbed and one of the beds was made properly and the other, that I had roughly made, was left as is. I could tell the drinking glasses were not replaced with clean ones and we were not given bath towels so we had to request them. I always leave a pretty generous gratuity of $10. The second day housekeeping was not up to par. Also, the guests above us were quite noisy up until after 11 pm. They were quite heavy steppers and without turning on my white noise, it would have been impossible to sleep. The location was convenient to downtown and shopping for groceries."

Forest Villas Hotel - Prescott

"This is an older hotel that has had a decent attempt at updating. The carpet and lightling is outdated. There is no microwave in the room and not enough power outlets. The bed was noisy and the mattress could stand to be replaced. There was a good selection of free breakfast items for those who choose to eat there. I did not use the pool but others seemed to enjoy it. Parking was difficult as there is not much near the entrance and the rest is downhill, which makes it hard to climb the slope if you have any joint/mobility issues. I would say this is an okay hotel but at the price point, I would choose something more updated."

Residence Inn by Marriott Prescott

"The Hotel was great for a one night stay. The complimentary breakfast was suitable. However, for the price I paid, this Hotel was the worst. Usually in a hotel, where you are paying more than two hundred dollars for a suite, you have complimentary everything. The rooms in similar hotels would have a pen with a small notepad. Not at this hotel. The parking was an extra fee that I was not told of until I checked in. The room I stayed in was a suite. This suite sleeps 6. There were only three towels in the bathroom. The sofa sleeper did not have an adequate comforter to keep it's occupant warm. This Hotel is cutting corners to stay afloat. When you compromise your guests, you are crippling the whole purpose of being open to begin with. Like I stated, this is a great place for a one night stay."
