The spacious living areas offer sweeping or secluded views onto a terrace or the garden. Four bedrooms and two bathrooms accommodate up to 8 people. All-inclusive service.
The cottage is a destination in itself thanks to the games scattered around for the whole family: foosball, trampoline, children's play structure, ping-pong table, racket sports, pétanque, and a badminton net. Shops and services are available in Craon (9.4 km).

Craon and Château-Gontier offer a variety of attractions, including castles, historic districts, and museums, as well as diverse sports facilities: water parks, cycling routes (including the Vélo Francette®), and a marina with boat and bicycle rentals. Also discover the Robert Tatin Museum in Cossé-le-Vivien, an open-air museum featuring monumental sculptures. Pigeon hunting from a hide is available from December to February on the 20 hectares surrounding the cottage, which belongs to the owner. A hunting license is in place. A hunting blind and decoys are provided. Hunting is not permitted except for guests staying at the cottage.

Business stay: Maximum 5 people. Set on over 7,500 m² of landscaped grounds, this is a detached, two-story house. LEVEL 0 - Entrance with foosball table (25m²), cupboard with washing machine and dryer - Dining room (39m²) with fireplace opening onto the fully equipped kitchen (15m²) (oven, electric hob, microwave, refrigerator and freezer compartment, Magimix filter and espresso coffee makers, kettle, dishwasher, raclette grill) - Living room (35m²) with television, DVD player and decorative fireplace - Separate WC - Bedroom (1) (18m²) with a 160x200cm bed, storage and en suite bathroom (4m²) with bathtub, sink and hairdryer, private terrace.

1-2 night weekend stays: Check-in 5 PM - Check-out 5 PM
3 night or more stays: Check-in 5 PM - Check-out 10 AM. The living areas are on the ground floor, but there are 1 or 2 steps between each room, such as from the dining room to the kitchen, or from the entrance to the ground floor bedroom.

Please note: each bathroom has a bathtub. There are no showers.

From the N22 (Route de Craon / Château-Gontier), take the D588 towards Simplé.
