### Country house for 8 guests with games and fruit garden

The perfect country house for creating lasting holiday memories! Enjoy fruit tasting in the garden (figs, walnuts, apples, raspberries, blackcurrants...), stories and meals by the fire, games of pétanque and foosball... and the children's pool from June to August.  
The spacious living areas offer sweeping or secluded views onto a terrace or the garden. Four bedrooms and two bathrooms accommodate up to 8 people. All-inclusive service.  
The cottage is a destination in itself thanks to the games scattered around for the whole family: foosball, trampoline, children's play structure, ping-pong table, racket sports, pétanque, and a badminton net. Shops and services are available in Craon (9.4 km).  
  
Craon and Château-Gontier offer a variety of attractions, including castles, historic districts, and museums, as well as diverse sports facilities: water parks, cycling routes (including the Vélo Francette®), and a marina with boat and bicycle rentals. Also discover the Robert Tatin Museum in Cossé-le-Vivien, an open-air museum featuring monumental sculptures. Pigeon hunting from a hide is available from December to February on the 20 hectares surrounding the cottage, which belongs to the owner. A hunting license is in place. A hunting blind and decoys are provided. Hunting is not permitted except for guests staying at the cottage.  
  
Business stay: Maximum 5 people. Set on over 7,500 m² of landscaped grounds, this is a detached, two-story house. LEVEL 0 - Entrance with foosball table (25m²), cupboard with washing machine and dryer - Dining room (39m²) with fireplace opening onto the fully equipped kitchen (15m²) (oven, electric hob, microwave, refrigerator and freezer compartment, Magimix filter and espresso coffee makers, kettle, dishwasher, raclette grill) - Living room (35m²) with television, DVD player and decorative fireplace - Separate WC - Bedroom (1) (18m²) with a 160x200cm bed, storage and en suite bathroom (4m²) with bathtub, sink and hairdryer, private terrace.  
  
LEVEL 1 - Large hallway (15m²) - Bedroom (2) (11m²) with two single beds (90x190cm) - Bedroom (3) (7m²) with two bunk beds (90x190cm) and storage - Bedroom (4) (7m²) with two bunk beds (90x190cm) and storage - Bathroom with toilet, double vanity, and hairdryer.  
  
For babies: 1 travel cot - 1 newborn cot - 1 high chair and 1 booster seat - 1 food blender - 1 changing mat - 2 step stools - 1 baby bath - 2 strollers (one all-terrain and one lightweight) - 1 playpen - 1 baby bouncer.  
  
Shelter for storing bicycles and equipment.  
River runs alongside the property, with a landscaped border.  
  
Outdoor games: trampoline, children's swing set, various rackets, badminton net, ping-pong table, pétanque court, rope swing in the trees - 3m x 1.75m x 0.8m swimming pool (unheated from June 1st to August 31st).  
  
Garden furniture for outdoor dining, 4 sun loungers, charcoal barbecue.  
RJ45 sockets.  
  
INCLUDED: beds made up - towels - kitchen linen - firewood - electricity - heating - cleaning (for 1 to 2 nights).  
  
SUPPLEMENT: cleaning €110 for stays of 3 nights or more (mandatory for business trips, flat rate of 1 to 14 days).  
  
Pets not allowed (except for hunting dogs that live outside the house).  
1-2 night weekend stays: Check-in 5 PM - Check-out 5 PM  
3 night or more stays: Check-in 5 PM - Check-out 10 AM. The living areas are on the ground floor, but there are 1 or 2 steps between each room, such as from the dining room to the kitchen, or from the entrance to the ground floor bedroom.  
  
Please note: each bathroom has a bathtub. There are no showers.
