A distinctive highlight of the property is the opportunity to experience the coast directly from the sea: thanks to private boats with professional skippers, guests can arrange tailor-made excursions along the Amalfi Coast or reach Capri with ease, turning their stay into a truly memorable experience. LAYOUT AND INTERIOR SPACES Casa Elena offers 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 6 guests. All rooms are tastefully furnished, air-conditioned, and feature panoramic views that enhance the sea scenery. Outdoor spaces are one of the home’s key strengths, providing unique settings for outdoor breakfasts, sunset aperitifs, or simply enjoying the surrounding natural beauty. The house is arranged over two levels: FIRST FLOOR • Large panoramic seafront terrace furnished with table and chairs for six, sun loungers, BBQ, heated hot tub with sea view, and outdoor shower (open year-round). (Please note: the hot tub requires approximately 24 hours to heat up – maximum temperature 40°C). • Panoramic patio accessible from both the bedrooms and living area, with table and benches for outdoor dining • Spacious living and dining area with double sofa bed • Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher • Two large double bedrooms (bed size 160x190 cm) with direct access to the outdoor areas and sea view • Two bathrooms with shower MEZZANINE AREA • Two single beds (cannot be joined), ideal for children or teenagers LOCATION Casa Elena is located in the center of Praiano, on the eastern side of the Amalfi Coast, with easy access from the main road via approximately 35 steps. • The location is extremely convenient, with: • Restaurants, bars, and shops within walking distance • Local bus stop directly in front of the property • SITA bus stop approx. 500 m away • Grocery store “Tutto per Tutti” nearby • Main beach “La Praia” reachable with a scenic 20-minute walk or 5 minutes by bus/car. We were only there two nights but we tried to use as much of that space as possible! Norman was our contact person and he was very helpful in resolving some initial AC problems as well as our mishap with the washing machine. There is parking space which is very important because the streets are really narrow so we were glad not to have our car parked on the street. The pictures on VRBO of this property are absolutely accurate. It is spectacular! You will say "WOW!" when you stand on the balcony and look out over the Mediterranean for the first time, guaranteed! The property is in excellent condition and immaculately clean. Everything you need to cook and eat is there and in fine working order. We appreciated the clothes washing machine and there is a rack on the balcony for quick air drying of clothes. You hang it at night and it is dry in the morning. We had a rental car and took advantage of the on-site parking which is available for an additional 20 Euros per day. There is virtually no on-street parking for non-residents so this is an absolute necessity if you come with a car. It is a great amenity for the property. The town of Praiano is somewhat isolated from the major action on the Amalfi Coast, so don't expect to walk to the beach or to many attractions. Again, a car is a must unless you just want to stay put and enjoy the beautiful villa and wonderful views. There is a small grocery store a five minute walk down the street which had everything we needed to enjoy a simple dinner in the evening. A good fresh meat and cheese counter and fair prices. Also friendly people. After you visit the second time you will be recognized. We were met at the villa by Carmen, who explained everything to us and then texted us the next morning to answer additional questions. We sought her advice nearly every day and she provided cheerful and prompt responses. We have rented properties in Spain, France, Norway, and Ireland and this place is at the very top of the list in all categories! You will love it. ##### Peter C. It was a great size with outside patios for dining or lounge chairs for the sun. The views were incredible. It is a short walk to the market, restaurants, gelato and the beach! Large rooms, well furnished, great balcony porch, super patio area w lanai, accessible location to stores, restaurants, bus stop, etc. Fabulous views. Great for a family. We had 4 adults & 2 kids & really enjoyed this place. Excellent gated security and private parking. Norman and Enza at SMAAC made this really seamless to occupy & to exit.
