What sets Boutique Penthouse apart is its sweeping terrace that is divided into two areas: one side boasts a direct view of the Mediterranean Sea off the coast of Minori while the other looks over the village rooftops of Minori to the mountain peaks above, where you can catch a glimpse of Ravello on the clifftop. Unwind on your private seaside terrace, furnished with a comfortable dining set and sun beds. Once you settle in, you’ll find it hard to leave Boutique Penthouse in the picturesque center of Minori! This elegant flat has two bedrooms, king and queen-size beds (on request, we can provide 2 twin beds in each bedroom), each opening directly onto a small shared terrace. The sofa bed in the living room can accommodate 2 more guests. There are also two bathrooms opposite each other, both with a shower. The living area is an open space that includes a modern kitchen with a dishwasher and an elegant living room with a TV and stereo system, both with direct access to the main terrace that becomes an outdoor living area in the summer months, perfect for al fresco dining and relaxing. The apartment also has air conditioning and heat, wifi, and a washing machine, particularly convenient for longer stays. The apartment is located on the top floor (5th floor), there is also an elevator up to the 4th floor, so only 20 steps to climb. Parking is available and starts at a rate of Euro 25 per day and may vary based on vehicle size and period. LOCATION Boutique Penthouse is set just 30 meters from Minori’s beachfront, and the village’s restaurants, delis, bars, and cafès are all steps from the front door. Boutique Penthouse is located in the center of Minori, one of the most charming fishing hamlets on the Amalfi Coast. You can see the sea and coastline of Minori just 30 meters away from your private terrace, and there are shops, restaurants, and bars in the center of Minori. Minori is one of the most beloved villages on the Amalfi Coast, due to its charming center, mild climate, excellent restaurants, and, most of all, spacious sandy beach. Amalfi is located 2.4 miles from Minori, a mere 10 minutes by car, bus, or taxi. Want to visit Amalfi, Positano, Capri, Salerno or Naples? From Minori, you can reach all of these destinations by bus, ferry or if you prefer a taxi! CONFIRMATION POLICY For the definitive confirmation of the reservation, a deposit of 50% of the total amount of the stay (+ service fee) is required at the moment of the booking, through VRBO reservation system. The balance will be paid on arrival. Rental period can start and finish any day (according to the availability). Check-in: any day of the week from 2.30 PM to 8.30 PM. For arrivals from 8.30 pm to 11.00 pm an additional fee of €30 will be charged. For arrivals AFTER 11.00 pm the fee increases to €50. Check-out (any day of the week) is by 10.00 AM. The outside patio was huge, with plenty of space to enjoy the sun and the views in all directions. Less than a 2-minute walk to the main port to get around the Amalfi coast. Welcome basket provided at check-in and super helpful staff that cleaned half-way through the stay and responded to all questions. Minori was a perfect place because it’s not nearly as crowded as Amalfi but only a 10 min ferry ride. The property itself had the best rooftop terrace and my kids lived hanging out in the big round chair and enjoying the sea air. We had stayed in Sorrento and Positano. Minori is small and quaint and this property is in the heart of this town. Beautiful view of the ocean and the hillsides. The bedrooms are nice sized with two bathrooms situated right next to each other which was a bit odd but worked. The living room consists of a couch only but when you have such a large patio with furniture no need to sit inside. The property was perfect for two couples. The washing machine was super helpful and the drying lines outside were handy too. Check in was easy and communication was excellent. If going to Minori stay here! ##### Rita Kelly C. We loved our stay at this amazing penthouse in Minori! The apartment was spotless, and well equipped for our stay, with amazing views of the town and sea from the huge terrace. Giuseppe checked us in meeting us at the ferry, and he was so very helpful to us throughout our stay, helping us arrange transportation and checking with us every day to make sure we had everything we needed, even bringing us more coffee when we ran out. The little town of Minori is so charming and away from the intense crowds of Positano. You will feel like a local. The ferry port is 5 minutes away. Vincenzo also arranged for a private shuttle to a beautiful restaurant at the Hotel Santa Caterina del Mare in Amalfi, highly recommended. We also thoroughly enjoyed the path of lemons hike, with a must stop for lemon granitas and spritzes at Agricola Ruocco’s. Ask the owner if you can walk through the organic garden up the hill for breathtaking views. Other stops highly recommended include Bar Antares for lunch/dinner, Sal de Riso’s for phenomenal pastries, and Pasticceria Gambardella for a lovely garden setting to enjoy pastries, coffee, and dessert. And the terrace was just great, very spacious with amazing views. Phenomenal air conditioning and fully equipped kitchen. Super location, close to everything. We all loved Minori, especially after we stayed in other Amalfi Coast towns . Ferry is very convenient way to go to other town along the coast. We had a great dinner at "Al Mare Restaurant" at their sister property Hotel Santa Caterina in Amalfi, as suggested by our hosts who arranged for us a complimentary shuttle back and forth. The apartment is exactly as pictured- clean, bright with great kitchen, sitting area, and especially the outside deck. Couple minutes walk from the cute beach and restaurants. Giuseppe met our family at the dock and took what luggage he could up to the apartment. He was such a wonderful person to introduce us to Minori and the Amalfi coast. He had great suggestions for dinners and was very prompt with texting via What's App if we had any questions. He made a dinner reservation for us at Garum restaurant- delicious fish! We cannot say enough great things about this place - you will not be disappointed- and Giuseppe was very welcoming and helpful. ##### David M. I chose this location on a somewhat last minute trip with my 2 teens. I knew I wanted something special and this was it! The location of the penthouse was perfect!!! Close to it all- food, drink, activities. And the view was amazing!!! It was hard to get my kiddos out to explore as they were perfectly content enjoying the terrace and the amazing weather. The penthouse itself was the perfect size and had all we needed. Super clean, beds were comfortable, and the kindest little gift basket and local wine gifted to us.
