No cleaning was done for a whole week, and the towels weren’t changed. When I went to the front desk to complain about it, the staff member said, “Bring me the dirty towels, and I’ll give you new towels,” and wanted me to read the hotel-made policy, trying to tell me this is very common. Not even for one...

« Remote, check-in and keyless entries through the Hilton app is one of the best features of any hotel system that I have stayed in.
