"Good and cheap for one night. Hot tub was like dipping your toe in lava. Toilet was an experience in itself- had to hold the handle down for a good minute and your waste might flush, it might not. Complimentary breakfast was so minimal we hit mcdonlads after. Hard boiled eggs were plenty if youre into that. Maintenance staff was extra friendly. Excellent location. AC was top notch, beds were comfortable."

"First room I was given the electronic key would work, staff didn't bother to try and replace the card, they gave me a room upstairs to replace it. The Air Conditioner didn't work properly. I set the temp on low to cool it off fast, never cooled off at all... I was exhausted so I went to bed. At ck out I told staff...no apology no comment other than I will look into it. When I get a room at a hotel I have a few expectations (clean, AC/Heat in working order and no insects) the room was clean (tub had hair in it) no bugs...roasting hot. Zero plans on ever booking again. Also was approached by a person claiming to be homeless and asking me for $10 - $20 ... screams sketchy."

"First of all, after a 5 hour drive with two toddlers in bad weather, the room we got was NOT what we booked. I booked a suite with a pullout sofa bed. There were two double beds. I had to make a bed for my grandsons on the floor. I was told there were none of those rooms available (even though that’s what I paid for). They offered no other options, compensation or anything to accommodate making them a bed. Second, the 2nd floor hallway wreaked of pot. The carpets were nasty, ceiling tiles were falling and the white bedspreads were NOT clean. The bathtub had no way to plug the drain to give the boys a bath. Internet/service was horrible and the tv reception was awful. Third, the website said the hotel had a “grab and go breakfast”. There was NO BREAKFAST. There was a coffee bar, but it didn’t even work. Fourth, the website also listed a pool. There was NO POOL. We will NEVER book this hotel again. I know it’s an older establishment, but a little updating of facilities and website would be much appreciated. Just go somewhere else!!!"

"Check in staff during the evening was great. Staff in the morning was rude. Not bed bugs but other bugs like moths and spiders in room and bed. Bathroom shower was not clean and neither were some of the blankets on the beds. Not sure if it was tbe humidity but with the AC blasting it still was hot and humid inside the room and smelled like pee :(. Breakfast was fine and appreciated."
