« We got locked out of our room because the safety latch on the door is poorly designed. We had to wait in the lobby for 10-15 minutes while the staff sorted that out. The staff was very attentive and tried many ways to get it unlocked for us. Overall, the room is clean and roomy, has a lot of charing ports.
