« The staff was extremely helpful in any situation even though there was no situation to deal with plus they keep the hotel smoke free inside they have a smoking station out front with a overhead roof plus shopping center is next door walking distance with a Walmart, aldi, smoke shop, military memorial park across route 100 with a water park, skateboard park, basketball and baseball court and field, free wifi with good connection »

« I got 8 rooms, and every single one of them was dirty. The level of cleanliness was completely unacceptable. This place should either be closed until the sanitation issues are addressed or investigated by the appropriate health authorities. I would not recommend staying here. »

« We had a wonderful time at this lovely home! The check-in process was simple and the home was clean and cozy. The hosts had the home stocked with several little items that came in handy during the stay, like bottled water and Q-tips. We especially enjoyed the electric fireplace in the living room - perfect for relaxing during the chilly evenings! This place felt like a home away from home. We would definitely stay here again! »

« I had booked my room several months in advance, but when I asked the hotel if it was possible to move my stay to the following night, they refused because I hadn’t chosen a flexible or refundable rate. A small gesture of goodwill would have been appreciated, but apparently that’s not part of the hotel’s policy.
Regarding the room, it unfortunately didn’t smell good, there were stains on the walls, and everything felt quite old. We even had to disinfect the bathroom ourselves, as we didn’t...

« The Mainstay Inn is fine. Its location is the best part. While the property was very clean and the staff was incredibly nice and helpful, it was a very basic place. No ice machines (need to ask desk staff to get you ice), limited amenities and tight quarters in the room, very limited "breakfast," and extremely limited parking. All that being said, nothing was particularly wrong with it, and it does seem like they are working hard to provide good customer service. »
