« I always enjoy a city stay in a walkable part of town (which this is), but it’s also great to have a tree filled view. Overnight can’t expect both, but hi do get it here! No neighbor noise and plenty of space made for a happy stay for all of us. »

« Property was conveniently located, parking is NOT included, and parking prices are terrible in San Antonio. The property is located in the basement of the building. The room was clean although it smelled musty and the there was no happy medium with the air in order to cool the bedroom properly (a fan would have helped). The room is also located underneath the Vela coffee shop so be prepared to wake early from the noise. »

« The stay was great, it felt comfortable and cozy unlike a hotel room. The location was great, right next to the Hotel Gibbs and adjacent to the Alamo. Everything you need is within walking distance. »

« Communication was excellent and the apartment exceeded our expectations. So close to all our favorites on the Riverwalk. The only warning is that this is a downtown location, so there can be a little street noise. It wasn't persistent, but on occasion it was there. Each bedroom includes a white noise machine which helped greatly. Didn't bother me as I got my best sleep in weeks (probably from all the exploring). Will definitely stay again next time I'm in San Antonio! »

« Very accommodating »

« The good: Unit was clean, check in was easy, location was great - very short walk to the Alamo and Riverwalk. Above a nice coffee shop.The bad: This probably only applies to 1 in 4 of the units that are above ground, and probably none of the below-ground units other reviewers have commented on. However, we were in a street-facing unit with one wall of windows. The unit was so unbearably loud at night that we only stayed 2 of our 3 nights. I have never checked out early from a vacation before....
