"Easy parking at the back, which is rare in seixal. The black beach is 5min walk! Nice room and house, very quiet neighborhood. I slept windows open to hear the waves! The breakfast is very basic. "

"Fantastic room with a balcony view of the sea and pools. Great service and breakfast. Basement pool needs renovating…which was started anfter our departure we were told. Ask for mattress toppers as the beds are very hard. Helps a bit."
