The apartment has a great location, set right in the heart of the historical center, in the pedestrian street Rua das Flores, one of the most historic and picturesque streets of Porto. A 10 minute walk from the magnificent UNESCO World Heritage Ribeira area. São Bento Metro / Train Stations are 2 minute walk and Clerigos Tower and Lello Bookstore are 5 minute walk FLORES PLAZA Apartment is placed in a centenary building totally renovated in 2018, keeping the old facade. The apartment offers a stylish, elegant and superb décor, with beautiful and unique details. Bedding and Towels are of high quality and bath amenities are from the lovely portuguese company- Lousani. In the surroundings there is an amazing variety of local and high end restaurants, trendy shops and bars with terraces. An entire apartment on the 2nd floor with 50m2 (with lift in the building) for 1- 4 people with a bedroom with a queen size bed and 1 double sofa bed in the living room. Kitchenette, 1 bathroom and a great balcony facing the Rua das Flores. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped (dishwasher, washer, fridge, coffee maker, oven and hob, toaster, kettle, ...). There is free Air Conditioning, Cable Tv and WIFI. It’s located in the heart of Porto, a lively pedestrian street, a short walk to the river. The apt is bright, spacious, and stocked with everything one could need. The bed is very comfortable, the linens luxurious, and there was plenty of hot water. We were able to check in a little early and we were met by Valentim who greeted us, went over everything in the apt., and gave us wonderful recommendations. This was so helpful. Sandra, who represented the property manager, was amazing. She came and met us to give us our key. She was able to let us in early, which was even more appreciated. Sandra was a wealth of knowledge about the answers to questions that we had about local resources. So many aspects of the property were really well thought out. It was raining, and there were umbrellas available for our use. The kitchen had a great teapot and both tea and coffee, warming beverages on what turned out to be a chilly stay in Porto. The bed was super comfortable, and the towels were abundant and absorbent. I can’t say enough about the location. There were great restaurants and bars in close proximity. Lots of cute stores. Incredibly easy access to all of the highlights of Porto. The location felt very, very safe.. Even though the street is super busy during the day, it is closed completely to traffic. At night, it was quiet and easy to sleep. We spent four amazing days exploring Porto. The apartment was clean and bright with lovely views on one of the most charming streets in Porto. Everything we wanted to see was a short walk away. Little touches in the apartment like robes, slippers, and nice soaps and bath products were so appreciated. We loved opening the balcony doors for fresh air, pretty views, and hearing occasional street music from below. Valentim was super responsive and gave us lots of fabulous recommendations for exploring Porto. We would absolutely stay here again! ##### Julie H. Rua das Flores is a beautiful pedestrian street with many great restaurants and shops. We stayed 5 nights including the weekend and had no noise issues at night as everything seems to wind down by 10\. We highly recommend this beautiful apartment for your stay in this beautiful city. ##### Mark C. A wonderful apartment, right in the heart of Porto. Great communication with our host. Easy walk to anywhere in the heart of the old city. Clean, modern, updated. There are tourism guidebooks available for your use. Close to many restaurants and tourist sites. There's a grocery store right around the corner. The air conditioning works great. The location was amazing. You walk out your door to a pedestrian street with cafes, restaurants, street performers, etc. so many choices of where to eat. You could walk to most places worth seeing. The only downside to the location would be that there are people out all hours and can get noisy. Didn’t bother us, but see how it’s not for everyone. Would definitely recommend! ##### Dianne E.
