Great communication even before we arrived in Portugal. Our train was late coming in to Porto. Thank you Sarah for your patience and your warm guided tour of the place. Booklet provided in the room gave us very useful and detailed info to all near by shops. Beautiful and meticulous design. Very comfortable beds. Centrally located.
