"The staff were kind and professional. However the place seems to have run out of money for the upkeep. The towels were ratty and threadbare. Worse yet the bathroom was a health hazard! Mold everywhere. We were in room #2."

"Muy buena habitación en cuanto a espacio. Excelente ubicación cerca del centro con la posibilidad de encontrar parking fácilmente. Fue un poco difícil el check-in ya que el link que nos enviaron estaba roto (finalmente respondieron y pudimos entrar sin problema). Lo que peor nos pareció es que la habitación no tenía calefacción. Sentimos demasiado frío durante toda nuestra estadía. "

"My husband and I stayed at the Palazzo for 7 nights and had a wonderful experience throughout. Before we even arrived Salvatore was responsive with messages and arranging our late check in. He greeted us as soon as we arrived in the car and showed us to a parking space directly outside the property. The masseria is stunning and the rooms are very unique! "We had a wonderful stay at the end of May before the busy season picked up! Very friendly staff and nice facilities. The beach club immediately in front is excellent with a very nice restaurant and soft sand beach. Good breakfast too! "
