Other things to note: While our property is nestled among forested land and offers a serene environment, we want to be upfront about the fact that you may occasionally hear road noise from US-26 in the backyard, deck & faintly in the bedrooms through the double pane windows. The presence of the forest helps to buffer the noise, but we recommend keeping this in mind, especially if you have a sensitivity to noise and for light sleepers. Our impressive 14-foot swim spa is a fantastic amenity for relaxation and swimming. However, please note that it has a depth of 4 feet and can generate significant water currents when powered up to full speed. As such, it may not be suitable for young children or novice swimmers without proper supervision and guidance. I stayed there with my son and his family: his wife and twins age 6 yr. House spotless, easy to relax, cook a meal, loaded with entertainment, which we all enjoyed: swim spa, sauna, trampoline, and popcorn machine! Raja, the host, couldn't be more helpful and available. Highly recommended! Thank you, Raja! The house is very clean with lots of extras. Raja, you host, has thought of about everything. The property is uniquely nestled in Portland Heights, very close to downtown, the Oregon Zoo, Beaverton Farmers Market. Swim spa and sauna are an added bonus.
