"The hotel has been newly refurbished and it was immaculate. The breakfast which was included in the room was delicious with lots of options and set you up for the day. "Wonderful place, gorgeous setting, amazing views. We stayed at the start of the Ibiza season (April) and so it felt as though the island needed to wake up from hibernation. The service in the main restaurant was really not good enough. Had to wait to sit, got incorrect orders more than once. I would suggest because it was beginning of the season and the weather was bad so other restaurants shut and couldn’t eat outside. Other than this - a wonderful time. Apart from "

"THIS IS NOT A 4 STAR HOTEL. DONT STAY HERE. First of all this is a 2 star hotel at best. Let’s start with the rooms. They are tiny. The towels are so cheap feeling they don’t even dry you. The pillows are terrible. There’s one type of soap in the shower and it’s disgusting so if you do stay here bring soap. They charge so much for the lowest quality service and experience. ALSO! DONT LEAVE STUFF IN LUGGAGE ROOM! Two pairs of my shoes were stolen from there and the staff didn’t help to find it,...

"Beautiful location, beautiful development, great food, friendly staff. Music too loud for us each evening from 8pm - 11pm, even through closed door in our room. Loads of steps everywhere so help with luggage would’ve been welcome "
