This vacation was a nightmare! The housekeepers cut the air off every time we left the room! The food was never warm or tasty! There is a significant language barrier! No one speaks or understands the English language! the refrigerator wouldn’t get cold! They swapped it out for another that worked for maybe 2 or 3 days and then the same thing again! Every night there was a power outage for about 1 to 2 hours! Worse experience ever!!!! Did I mention the awful food!!! I’ve never tasted Dominican food that taste this bad! I’ll never ever return to this place! besides the scenery! it’s a dump!
