"We have stayed in several properties in St Ives and Brentwood is definitely by far the best. A wonderful location right on the beach and the house is perfectly furnished for both adults and children. "Great location, very close to porthmeor beach, was easy for the kids as less than a minutes walk. Has everything you need, and fairly quiet. Comfy sofa and smart tv was handy as has Netflix etc. towels were also provided, iron, hair dryer, outside tap for sand, comfy beds. Parking was handy, just a little difficult to get to with the one way systems now in place, so unloading and loading was a challenge as you feel in the way of pedestrians when pulling up. The parking was a few mins walk away but didn’t need it once parked up for the week. Kitchen provided everything we needed and has a washer/dryer. We had a lovely stay here overall"

"The cottage is in a fabulous cobbler street location, 2 minute walk to the harbour. The cottage is well equipped if you wanted to cook, we ate out because there are lots of lovely places to eat. The cottage was lovely and clean, great powerful shower. The host Victoria had left us milk, biscuits, tea, coffee, washing up liquid and tea towels. We had great communication from Victoria, any questions were responded really quickly. We didn’t want to leave and we will definitely return. Thank you so much, we we highly recommend and thank you. Xx"
