The Royal Daylesford Hotel

"Staff were very friendly and not arrogant at all. Very down to earth which we enjoyed and felt very welcome. Room was very big and not felt crowded. Shower was a double in a renovated modern bathroom. There were tables and chairs on the balcony up stairs that we could sit and watch the world go by. Meals were a good size and delicious. Car parking at rear too. Tables and chairs with an umbrella outdoor seating were popular. In the heart of the Daylesford township making it an easy access to all the shops, cafes, restaurants etc. Highly recommend."

"The motel is in a good location and right near a great cafe called Cello. The room had everything I needed and was clean and well kept. The double spa bath was great to relax in, however the jets didn't work that well, but it didn't bother me. There was a lovely welcoming note from the motel staff, and they were happy to help when I locked myself out of my room. It was afordable, in a good location and staff make you feel welcome."

"We absolutely felt at ease entering your accommodation. It was so cosy and we loved that it had a secure courtyard. Had a restful sleep and warm as you had the creature comforts on offer, especially given it was bitterly cold yesterday.We will definitely be back.It a four paws review from our critic Honey and she will definitely be back."

"Arrived on a dark winter afternoon and walked into a lighted heated home!! Certainly created the comfortable relaxed mood straight away.Prosecco and chocolates as a welcome gift completed the vibe.Lovely home, amazing floor plan, clean linen and towels and all beds well made.Kitchen was clean and fully equipped.House catered for six of us and with three rooms self sufficient everyone had their own escape if needed.Balcony’s were lovely even if too cold to sit outdoors.Brilliant location and would happily stay here again."
