"If you are not a smoker- this is NOT THE PLACE FOR YOU! We had 4 nights reserved and only stayed 1. Even the bedding reeked of stale cigarette smoke. My daughter had a difficult time with smoke reaction. They would not refund the rest of our trip. Disappointing."

"I booked a non-smoking room and was placed in a room that smelled like someone locked himself in there and chain smoked for a week straight. The staff was very helpful and placed me in a different room. It too smelled like previous attendees had smoked in that room but it wasn't nearly as strong as the previous room, so it was tolerable. The locks on the two windows were broken (ground floor) and one of them had broke glass as well. If someone on the outside wanted in, they could have easily opened the window and gained entry. The walls and ceiling are very thin and I heard every sound coming from the hallway and above me, making it hard to stay asleep."
