Exterior stairs lead the way to the main level of this modern beach home. Step past the comfy deck seating to enter a light-filled great room. The charming living space invites conversation over cold drinks with 2 plush loveseats and matching accent chairs. The traditional dining area seats 6 on a mix of chair and bench seating, while the breakfast bar offers room for 6 more—or a spot to catch up with friends while cooking in the spacious chef’s kitchen! Enjoy access to the 6-seat alfresco dining table on the screened-in wraparound deck, where guests can relish the cool Gulf breeze from plush seating. The large outdoor shower is perfect for washing sandy feet after a trip to the beach!
