"The property is very poorly maintained. The finishes are old. The property is very tired and needs renovation everywhere. The washrooms are very poorly equipped. Continental breakfast was poor."

"Eccentric property! Comfortable bedroom. Public areas ok comfort. Owner a bit rushed with too many duties with various obligations as owner pet hotel & partner brewery. Seemed as though her responsibility at the B&B took a 2nd place role. A bit brash with clientele. Affordable, comfortable & good price for a room. Prince Rupert is a great hiking destination but very tired town for a cruise ship town."

"The room was clean, but very basic. Such as only 1 bedside table, no clock. No complimentary bars of soap/lotion, etc. in the bathroom, only a soap dispenser. The bathtub looked kind of old and drab, same as the shower curtain. The free continental breakfast was very basic, only a few items to choose from. Plus there was a big puddle of water in the middle of the floor, with a tiny fan pointed it at - I don't know why they didn't mop it up! Plus no air conditioning in the room, and the patio windows were dirty - kind of disappointed for the amount of money I paid. We had to park down the street from the hotel. Won't be going back there!"

"A charming place by the water Because of some miscommunication we only stayed one night out of our planned 4 days but not their fault and they went over and above to make sure we were refunded from Expedia. Next time book direct. We will certainly stay next trip to Rupert to visi family "
