Very good it was. And also I need to mention the food in the restaurant's was absolutely amazing,it brings your taste buds back to life. We also had a couple of massages at the ocean spa. The room attendants – for being exceptionally efficient, attentive, and caring. The General Manager and his colleagues – for their personal attention, with a special mention for their active involvement in organizing the Onam Sadya. The restaurant team – for their excellent service and genuine hospitality. Excellent value for money – the overall experience, from the suite to the service and dining, far exceeded our expectations and offered a truly premium experience. If I were to offer one constructive suggestion, it would be to give the property a slight facelift—a little maintenance upkeep would go a long way in enhancing the overall guest experience. Management is aware the gym needs work. I exercise seriously and had to go to an outside facility. No more harbor construction noise. The harbor could be an eyesore if you want natural ocean views. But it had its own charm. Management really cares about your satisfaction."
