"Hotel had no hot water for both of our stays. Staff couldn't do anything about it. Also they charged us extra fees that were not disclosed. The front office person was the rudest I have ever encountered. She refused to help and even mumbled bad language, I am not allowed to type here, several times under her breath when I asked questions. There are many good hotels in the area, this isn't one of them"

"Property is ok, looks ok. Room was ok, smelled mouldy. Was able to sleep. Rooms below average. Property grounds.well kept. Swimming pool needs lights, cant go after dark bc cant see anything. Restaurant is decent Highlight for me is the dude making tea, as strange as this sounds. Clean. Restaurant id rate 9/10\. Tea 10/10\. Service 8/10\. Rooms 5.5/10."

"Amazing domes with nature at its best. Amazing staff of Narinder and Karishma, who were always available for anything we needed Cons were we complained for no hot water in our done and barhroom smelling but they never did anything to fix it. Tables and chairs outside to sit were broken. Food was very bad as they were getting the food from Outside and serving, nothing made in house. Front desk person said yes to everything but never fixed anything. "

"Overall average property requiring maintenance. Good location, access road was in a poor condition with potholes. Extra mattress came without a bed with one of us sleeping at floor level on a very hard mattress. Only 1 bath towel provided despite 2 adults, 1 child in a room (this was provided on request). Breakfast was poor - limited choice. Bread was old and a slice had mould on it - we pointed it out to the staff. Instead of replacing it with a new batch, he said they receive it fresh every day. If this is the case they should check with their supplier! "

Accent on on-site activities is justifiable; surrounding attractions outside the property, while famous, are incredibly crowded and congested and better to enjoy the excellent ambiance, service and cuisine and superb cabin rooms drenched with birdsongs!"
