"Hotel is conveniently located in downtown Ponta del Gada and we had a room with a view of the harbor, which was fun. The front desk staff were really helpful, setting us up with ebikes and parking. The breakfasts were excellent, especially the cooked to order omelettes. We had dinner at the restaurant one night and it was one of our best meals. Only complaint is that the bathroom was too dark - hard to get ready when you can hardly see yourself! But this was minor and we had a great stay."

"Stayed at the property for 7 nights. It was amazing! The hotel is beyond clean and very spacious rooms. Comfortable beds, large balcony that we enjoyed everyday. The staff were wonderful. Breakfast buffet offered many delicious choices. The hotel is in a great location. The only negative was the coffee ma Hines that regularly broke down, staff tried their best to fix, however it did crated long line ups for coffee. We really appreciated our room being available to us at 6:30 am after a long flight from Canada. Would definitely recommend this hotel!"

"Bien situé au centre ville . Bon déjeuner mais si vous voulez du bon café demander aux personnels car celui au buffet goûte l’eau. Ils vous ferons un bon expresso. Belle petite terrasse pour prendre le dejeuner. Magnifique piscine sur le toit."

"We loved our stay, the staff was super kind and allowed an early check-in. Very convenient location although nearby streets can be a bit narrow. For the saunas you need to contact reception and ask them to turn on the heat."

"We had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The room was clean, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast could be improved, as there is room for more variety and better options. The location is good for exploring Ponta Delgada city and its historical sites, with many attractions easily accessible. However, if you plan to explore other parts of the island, I highly recommend renting a small car,(free street parking after 8pm. The parking meter kick in 8am, so just get your parking ticket for next morning, very convenient. Overall, very nice place to stay when visiting Azores."

"The hotel is located near the center of the older part of Ponta Delgado. The rooms were well designed and very comfortable. Staff were very friendly and provided prompt service. The bar and restaurant had convenient hours and the breakfast included with the stay was excellent. I would not hesitate to stay here again on my next visit."

"Gorgeous property, spotless and comfortable rooms, and amazing, friendly, hospitable staff. We felt utterly relaxed and taken care of throughout our stay...so much so that we canceled our second hotel and checked back in to Sensi the next day! Cannot wait for our next visit. Paradise on Earth..."
