"We had a wonderful stay here with our three children. There was plenty of space for all of us, with a lovely big sofa that we could all fit on, big bedrooms and roomy bathrooms. The facilities were fantastic, kitchen with kettle, hob, fridge, freezer, coffee maker, toaster, microwave with grill. The balcony was lovely over looking the pool and plenty of space to sit and enjoy the view over Salou. The apartment was clean and modern with a huge TV which of course the kids loved! There are two showers and two toilets which was great! The staff were super friendly. The pool was lovely, small enough not to lose site of our youngest but big enough for everyone to be able to enjoy it. No sunbed wars with plenty free to use when needed. Overall we would most definitely return here, the location was perfect, very close to everything but far enough away from the noisy entertainment of the other hotels. We loved our time here, thank you to Team Ancora for our wonderful holiday 😊"

"The whole hotel was very good. We stayed here last year and chose to return. The pool area and slides are excellent as are the animation team. We were half board, good selection at meal times- some excellent food, some only ok but we always left feeling full and satisfied. We had a late flight home, the girls at reception today (sat 8th) could not have been more helpful to us, they were so polite and courteous and had no problem allowing us up and back a few times to get stuff out of the cases in the store and also when we needed to have showers prior to leaving. The rooms are very clean and well maintained and thankfully have air con. No issues with this hotel- all good and we will definitely be back!"

Good points … Air conditioning in the room Cleanliness standards 10/10 Rooftop swimming pool Points to be aware of … Wi-Fi abit hit and miss The spa prices are extortionate! 55 euros for 60 mins ! If they been longer or cheaper I would have tried it . The hot breakfast selection was not good."

La habitación era cómoda y bien equipada, el restaurante y el bufé ofrecieron una excelente calidad, y elpersonal se mostró siempre atento y cordial. Durante toda la estancia nos sentimos satisfechos y disfrutamos de un ambiente agradable.Sin embargo, al finalizar la visita se produjo un incidente que afectó nuestra impresión global. A las 10:25, la responsable de limpieza llamó a nuestra puerta solicitando la salida inmediata. Este hecho nos sorprendió, ya que en visitas anteriores al mismo hotel nuncahabíamos tenido una experiencia similar. Consideramos que probablemente se trató de una instrucción administrativa y no de una iniciativa personal.Este detalle nos causó malestar y empañó el buen recuerdo de laestancia. Por ello, aunque valoramos mucho los aspectos positivos, creemos que sería conveniente revisar este tipo de procedimientos paragarantizar que la experiencia de los huéspedes se mantenga plenamente satisfactoria"
