"Nous avons dû changer de chambre à 3 reprises. Absence de chauffage, la toilette ne fonctionnait pas et les clés de chambre non plus. Et par dessus tout cela, alors que la chambre était payée en $ canadiens depuis le 15 décembre, le lendemain de notre arrivée un frais de 304$US a été chargé à notre carte ViSA US laissée au desk à notre arrivée. Nous avons appelé chez Expedia et ils nous ont dit que c’était Expedia US et que rien ne pouvait être fait !!! Extraordinaire. Nous avons donc appelé notre institution financière afin de bloquer ce frais. Vous comprendrez que nous ne ferons plus jamais affaires avec Expedia."

Nous avons essayé avec un membre du personnel de régler la situation mais ils n’ont rien fait! Nous n’avons donc pas dormi de la nuit! Gens très bruyant également sur place! Nous ne retournerons jamais à des endroits où ils acceptent des chiens car les propriétaires ne sont pas tous intelligents! "
